Elder Support Network: Provided by: Jewish Family Service JFS is a member of this network, which can connect families and caregivers to older adult services throughout the country.
Emergency Assistance: Provided by: Jewish Family Service JFS provides emergency funds for food, shelter and medical care.

Care Connection
This program offers a coordinated plan of services and care management for older adults who require some form of assistance to manage their daily living. A customized care plan is developed for each client.
Psychiatric Intervention and Care: Provided by: Jewish Family Service This service is available for adults who are suffering from depression, anxiety or other disorders, which can be treated with medication. In addition, Jewish Apartments & Services, Jewish Home and Aging Services and JVS provide social work services for their residents and clients.
